Brief CV

My research focuses on deterministic-probabilistic forecasting, risk assessment and verification of atmospheric models. Thematically, the papers fall in the following categories:

  • Weather and Climate Prediction
    • Boundary Layer Meteorology
    • Climate Change Projections and Impacts
  • Weather dependent coupled systems:
    • Air quality models: atmospheric dispersion of photochemical and particulate pollutants
    • Emission models: biogenic emissions
    • Infectious-disease models: WNV
    • Agricultural models: evapotranspiration, irrigation
    • Renewable energy models: photovoltaic power systems
